first of all start practising basic meditations. Begin 2 learn about chakras and the awakening of kundalini through meditation, above all become aware of your own eclectic energies… learn about the esoteric teachings of kabbalah, reincarnation, karma, yinyang, Qi.. become concious of ur true self.. start to discern the difference between ur body, soul and higher self.
